Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All repair orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the product at our facility.
- Orders for purchasing electronics or parts are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery time is typically between 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation sms/email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]] to file a complaint.
- We highly recommend shooting an unboxing video when you receive the parcel. This will help in case of missing or damaged items.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping:
- Currently, we do not ship outside of India.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
- Once the shipping process has been initiated or the product is out for delivery, cancellations cannot be entertained. In such cases, you may reject the product at the doorstep.

Order Undelivered/Return to Origin (RTO):
- If an order is undelivered or returned due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, non-availability), the following policies apply:
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD): We will not be able to dispatch COD orders again to the same customer.
- Prepaid Orders: A refund can be provided after deducting the shipping charges.
- If an order is undelivered or returned due to a delivery partner’s mistake, we will re-ship the order or provide a full refund for prepaid orders.
Returns & Refund Policy
Repair Services:
- Due to the nature of our repair services, we do not offer returns or refunds on successfully repaired products. However, if the repair is unsuccessful or the issue persists, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product for further assistance.
Purchased Products:
- Products purchased from our shop section can be returned within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Items mistakenly ordered by the customer are not refundable and cannot be returned.
- In the case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report this to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. The request will be entertained once we have checked and determined the same on our end.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.
- If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- In the case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, only discount coupons/vouchers will be provided.
- Please note: Refunds will be provided after deducting the actual shipping charges paid by the company.
Partial Refunds:
- Partial refunds may be granted in specific situations, such as:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale or discounted items.
Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges:
