Replacement is considered where we need to install any extra parts to make the product alive again. The extra installed part charged separately.

It totally depends upon the issue of your product. You can expect a time period of approx 9 business days from the date of product submission to our office/collection point.

For repair of your product either you need to courier your product to our location or drop it at our collection point by self.

Yes, we have 3rd party 'delivery' services. You need to pay separately for that or collect the product by yourself from our collection point.

Yes, we are PAN India service:
1. Chat with us and confirm the repair availability.
2. Courier your product to our collection point/Office.
3. We will inspect and give you the cost.
$. After both parties agreed, your headphones will be repaired and send back to you via courier.
